Creative Contest for Students

Back to News & Updates

Olmsted Parks Conservancy has an exciting opportunity for middle and high school students to use their creative juices while hanging out in an Olmsted Park! Enter our creative contest following the theme: “Parks: A Place to Play”.

Louisville has an incredible system of parks designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, designer of Central Park in New York City, and we want you to express yourself creatively about these nature areas.

Middle and high school students can enter in one of three categories:

· Essay
· Poem
· Visual Media

Deadline to enter is March 1, 2017. Please read the complete rules, fill out an entry form, and fill out a model release if necessary.
