Victory Park Revitalization Project Planned

Back to News & Updates

Olmsted Parks Conservancy is thrilled to announce revitalization for Victory Park!  Major supporters of this effort include: the James Graham Brown Foundation and the PNC Foundation. Funding will allow the Conservancy to work with park neighbors to create a Master Plan for much-needed improvements to park landscape and amenities. Once the design is completed, implementation of this capital project will enhance the park’s value and usefulness to its surrounding community, the California neighborhood. Victory Park is a four-acre community park located at 1051 S 23rd St, between 22nd and Kentucky Streets.  It was designed from 1919-1923 and combines recreational facilities with landscaped elements.
