Freeplay at Shawnee Park

Bring your family to Shawnee Park to explore a Free Play environment! Free Play consists of a self-directed play space, where children are able to build, create and engage on their own terms.

Cardboard boxes become forts, hay bales become obstacle courses, chalk art and more. Our trained facilitators supervise the children without interfering with the play process and will happily answer all parents’ questions. We will be set up next to the playground. Hope to see you out there!
