We are pleased to announce the opening of 3 brand-new playgrounds at these Olmsted Parks:
- Boone Square: The new playground at this park in Louisville’s historic Portland neighborhood will appeal to toddlers and big kids alike, with two sets of swings and a play area with multiple slides and climbing structures. Olmsted Parks Conservancy will be working this Spring to enhance the playground even further with the addition of natural play elements.
- Elliott Park: We are proud to bring enhanced playground equipment to this small neighborhood park for kids in the Russell community! The new play structure includes multiple slides and elements for climbing and balancing.
- Algonquin Park: The big-kid playground adjacent to the sprayground has been replaced with all-new, modern equipment. Improvements include a play area with multiple climbing structures, a slide, and swings.
