Olmsted Parks Conservancy is now accepting entries of photography featuring Olmsted Parks and Parkways for …
Originally when the site for Willow Park was acquired in 1905, it served as part of a plan to make a more natural border for Cherokee Park. The park achieved its own identity when Willow Avenue was extended to Cherokee Parkway in 1946. The park is a community gathering space for the Cherokee Triangle Neighborhood.
Through collaboration and communicating about program and project needs, Friends of Olmsted Parks will help us improve and activate our parks, creating a positive community impact.
